Senior Business Controller

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales and pricing strategies, business models, and track performance. Identify and address process weaknesses to align with company goals.
Supply Chain and Logistics Management: Work with the supply chain team on logistics, including managing replenishment plans and overseeing transfer pricing.
Cost-Effectiveness and Process Streamlining: Enhance cost-effectiveness in logistics (including various freight costs and warehousing) and streamline processes to align with the business model.
Inventory Oversight: Oversee inventory, analyze aging reports, identify aged or slow-moving items, and develop action plans in collaboration with the commercial team.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage monthly rolling forecasts and related reports in coordination with overseas sales entities to support financial planning and analysis.
Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze monthly Group SBU and entity profit and loss, compare actual sales performance against budget, and review selling and administrative expenses.
Proactive Reporting and Action Planning: Promptly report areas of deficiency to senior management, seek solutions, and initiate action plans.
SBU Leadership: Guide the SBU in business planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and routine or ad hoc reporting.
Senior Management Support: Support senior management in financial simulations, business modeling, mergers and acquisitions, IT projects, and other assigned duties.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in pricing and controlling within the supply chain sector.
Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the Tyre industry will be given preference.
Commercial Orientation: Commercially oriented with a robust capability in financial analysis.
Problem-Solving Approach: Demonstrates a thorough and proactive approach in addressing challenges and solving problems.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Business Analytics: Prior experience in business analytics and reporting is advantageous.
Confidentiality and Communication: Must maintain confidentiality of financial data, work independently, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Business Acumen: Exhibits strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Relocation Requirements: Relocation to USA is required for this role.
