About the Role:

  • As a Regional Field Service Excellence Manager, oversee operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Travel between both countries is required.

  • Lead the service department to achieve financial targets and meet customer service expectations. 

  • Focus on department sales, profitability, operational performance, rental asset management, staff development, safety, customer service, industrial relations, and recruitment.

Requirements

Skills and Experience Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field

  • Regional role experience

  • Team leadership and P&L responsibility

  • Industrial/Capital Equipment industry experience

  • Field-based employee management

  • AS400 system knowledge is advantageous.

  • Results-driven with strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
