As a crucial part of our team, you will work with a diverse range of commercial clients, from large corporations to SMEs, providing expert advice on business and trade protection. You will report directly to the Manager of Corporate & Lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative tasks including policy issuance and follow-up.
Negotiate with insurers for optimal client coverage.
Organize and manage claim-related documents.
Oversee and manage client policy renewals.
Communicate effectively with clients and underwriters.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements
Eager to learn and progress within the firm.
2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.
Certifications like BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI are advantageous.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
