Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of the Domestic Helper & Banker’s Guarantee Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle client inquiries and provide customized insurance advice.
Assess and identify clients' insurance requirements, delivering effective solutions.
Responsible for the preparation and management of insurance-related documents.
Provide service to walk-in customers, addressing their needs promptly.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring top-tier service.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
Effectively manage Maid's insurance claims.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Candidate Profile:
Minimum educational qualification: GCE ‘O’ Level or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
Required certification: Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or a related field.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication.
A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
Capable of multitasking effectively in both team and independent settings.
Should be a collaborative team player.
