Daily Responsibilities:
Respond to client enquiries and provide tailored insurance advice.
Assess client needs and devise insurance solutions.
Manage documentation for insurance transactions.
Service walk-in customers.
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Explore and cultivate new business opportunities.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Handle commercial insurance claims.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Eager to learn and progress within the firm.
2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.
Certifications like BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI are advantageous.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
