Responsibilities:
Utilize digital tools for quoting Employee Benefits insurance.
Oversee client insurance renewal processes.
Establish strong relationships with insurers for client benefit.
Coordinate with clients and insurers on policy renewals and new business.
Participate in projects enhancing quotation processes through technology.
Manage new quotation sourcing and presentation to prospects.
Clean and reconcile client and insurer records.
Conduct data analysis for Premium & Benefits Comparison, proposing client solutions.
Resolve product-related client enquiries.
Conduct Benefits Presentation sessions.
Report on conversion and retention rates monthly.

Requirements
Diploma holder or higher.
Required certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI.
3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits insurance.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle sensitive data.
Quick learner, ready to adapt to new systems and processes.
Eager to learn and grow professionally.
