About the Role
Our client is in search of an energetic and goal-driven Senior Sales Manager to enhance their Sales team in Malaysia. They are also searching for a Sales Manager to join the team - don't be afraid to apply if you do not meet all the requirements!
The role is crucial for spearheading business development initiatives within the B2B remittance landscape, strategically broadening their client network, and consistently exceeding revenue objectives.
The selected candidates will be based in Malaysia, reporting directly to the Country Head, Malaysia and the Head of Sales, Malaysia, and will be instrumental in bolstering regional sales efforts.
• Scout and evaluate prospective B2B clients across various sectors in Malaysia through organic growth or referrals, leveraging tools such as sales calls, field sourcing, inbound queries, direct mail campaigns, email marketing, and networking events.
• Design, develop, and implement robust sales strategies to capture new clientele and enhance transactions with existing customers.
• Drive sales performance, engage in upselling and cross-selling activities, and cultivate long-term relationships as a reliable business consultant to meet and surpass sales goals and foster organizational expansion.
• Establish and maintain a robust lead pipeline, ensuring meticulous tracking of all engagements and developments.
• Coordinate the comprehensive client onboarding process, overseeing each phase from initial acquisition through to successful transaction completion.
• Assist the Compliance department in executing due diligence processes and securing necessary client documentation.
• Manage client interactions pre and post-transaction, collaborating with internal departments like marketing, operations, compliance, and technology to facilitate a seamless client experience.
• Address customer service challenges by liaising with key internal stakeholders to provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to market research and analysis to gauge industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Craft persuasive presentations and negotiate advantageous contract terms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and compliance mandates within the remittance sector.
